Meeting on July 23

Hey all. Let's have a meeting on Wednesday, July 23 at 6:30 at Java Joes. We will shore up details of the August 2 show. Things to discuss will be:

• West Des Moines location of new Gateway Market

• floor layout and display area for each artist

• start and end times

• musician

• list of group members and category of art, and website to give out at show

• signup sheet for e-mail list of group

• possible count of foot traffic through show???

• other topics/positives/suggestions

Please list any other topics you think need discussed. That is great if you can make it. If not, I will do my best to post the details of the meeting so those unable to attend can add their valued thoughts and suggestions.
