Meeting next Week

We are needing to have a meeting next week. I have emailed everyone about it and heard back from no one. I was thinking Wed would be are best time. We need to talk more about the show, get payment for it, and also work with the website. Jake needs personal information for the website and any other ideas you have for the content of the website. Hes been working very hard on it. So please bring what you have to the meeting on cd if that is possible. Also we need ideas for the postcards. Im working on a flyer and will have it done by then. I hope Wed. works good for everyone. Please let me know.

Yes, I think the usual Wednesday at 6:30 should work fine.

I have created a floor plan for the show. Everyone in the show will need to contribute $20.00 - please bring that to the meeting. I have a list and I will be noting who has and has not paid their part.

If anyone has run into a conflict and can no longer be in the show, please let me know so we can make proper adjustments.

I will be at the meeting next Wednesday with $20 and a rough idea of how many paintings/sizes I will be prepared to show.

Jake, I know you are still looking for content for the site - I will finish my bio and have photos sent to you this weekend sometime.
