Sorry I missed the meeting, everyone! I didn't see it was scheduled for last night. Anyone have minutes or any pertinent items I should know about?

It was a kind of meet and greet for a couple interested in joining up. Mike Dennis and another guy who's name eludes me at the moment, sorry. We talked about the art consultant meeting on Sunday, and the Paint Pushers reception this Sat. 5-9 at Finch Gallery. I think we should try and have another one in 2 weeks. I would like to maybe host it at my shop, to kind of get everyone interested in an art day/ workshop in the very near future there.

Did anyone make it over to Finch gallery for the Paint Pushers reception? I ended up have to work 11 hours on Sat.

Yep I was there. Some of the people in the group are interested in participating in an Art Day with us, so I think we should just pick a day and start inviting people.

Also went to the Q & A with the art consultant yesterday. It was informative and interesting. And Staci and Larissa from the Jane360 art group would also like to join us for an Art Day.

Sweet, good job Steve. Do you have contact info for everyone? How does the 8th look for everyone for an art day at the shop? I have no kids that weekend.

What all should we plan on doing with the art day? I was thinking: show and discuss/informal critique new works, or even in-progress works or conceptual works, network, socialize, brainstorm show ideas.......

I think this sounds like an awesome time! I'm working on a proposal for The Kalidescope. I hope to know something by that day.

If you're talking about November 8th, unfortunately I will be out of town. Sounds like fun though!
